has an M.A. in Psychology with over 25 years counseling & coaching experience working with adults, children, families and groups. In addition, she has completed certification programs in Health and Wellness Coaching, Life Coaching and Fitness Trainer education. Her years of experience have been spent assisting people with developing and improving their life skills by identifying the right mindset. Then applying and maintaining their success mindset via accountability, consistency, new habits, goal setting and goal achievement so they may live happy, healthy and wealthy.
